I wish there was an option for a 0 rating. We had the worst experience and lost thousands of dollars. We bought a trailer there, 1996 very nice trailer, for my son. It was inspected before we bought it by the same property manager who is still there. She ensured us everything was good and that there was no “age out policy.” After my son graduated and decided to move from there (only 18 months after purchasing the trailer), we contacted them to let them know we intended to sell it. Absolutely no changes had occurred to the trailer since we purchased it. It looked exactly (inside and out) as it did upon purchase. We were told by the property manager, “I have to inspect it before you are allowed to sell.” After that we received an email saying “the trailer was too old and they would not allow it to be sold unless sold and then moved off the property.” As you know, it is difficult to get a trailer moved and incredibly expensive. We questioned why when she had said it was perfectly fine 18 months before. She simply said, “I have been encouraged by the corporate owners that we should push older trailers to be moved out of the park.” When I asked why she did not make that decision 18 months before when we invested in it, she said, “We reserve the right to change our minds.” We hired a lawyer who sent letters, and they never responded to those letters. There is no one who will answer their corporate number, and they don’t even have a voicemail set up to leave messages. They will not answer messages on their FB page. It was a nightmare. We lost thousands of dollars. I wish we had been warned before, so I want to warn others. You will not know until you try to sell. They seem incredibly nice and approachable until that time. This was recent and was under the same exact management it is now.

To $220 in June of 2021. $300 as of January 2022 & now we have reached $335 by February of 2023. This does not include any utilities & you must take your trash the dumpster along with all of your card board boxes because they don’t pick those up anymore. Please don’t ask management why, they will let you know how lucky we are to live in the “most beautiful park” in Auburn, AL.Also, beware there is pet fee now!

The manager is very professional and courteous. The swimming pool has been opened, the streets were repaved and the trees were all trimmed down. The property always looks great. Bucees finally opened and it's so satisfying to be able to go at any time and get my brisket and beef jerky. The downside for us is the lighting. At night the side of the community we live on has no street lights, no reflectors on the fence posts or street. Lately the trash dumpsters have been overflowing. I'm sure if more pick ups were scheduled that would improve.We've been living here since this past June and it has been a very quiet and peaceful place to live. This is our first time living in a manufactured home community and it's been a pleasant experience thus far. Some Saturday nights, Auburn University football game nights, it can get loud but never out of control. The street was recently repaved, the trees have been trimmed away from power lines, and the grounds are always very manicured. The ponds are beautiful and ducks swim and waddle. There's big beautiful trees through out. It's located near to shopping, restaurants and Auburn University. The best thing about living here however is about a little over a mile away and currently under construction, Texas famous Buc-ee's!Being a Texan this is just awesome! I'll have access to good ol' Texas brisket, beef jerky and kolaches any time!

It's a pet friendly park and people can walk their dogs around beautiful scenery. It was a great place to live, especially if you were in the Very school. Happy times!
