Congo Lane RV Park Reviews
Drove from Corpus for work because my mom was told they had availability, get there and they had totally lied. Wanted my mom to send her ID via text message b4 we got there. She opted 2 provide it on sight apparently to perform a background check (she’s former Army Military Police) I had 1st & 2nd months rent ready to pay which gave me enough time to work & stay on top of my lot rent! End up finding a nicer place close to Trader Village. Note to someone looking for a RV lot! Please look somewhere nicer because I now understand why a background check is needed!
Oct 03, 2023 · S JonesThis is a great little RV park for a full timer or someone just passing through. Granted it doesn't have all the fancy shmancy bells and whistles like some places, However, Management and the owners, Doug Jr. And Doug Sr. Make up for any of that with their warm and friendly attitudes. They have treated me with nothing but respect and kindness since the first day we met. I am not sure what some of these bad reviews are even talking about. The place DOES NOT smell bad, Doug and the management that I have met are super nice and NOT NOSEY at all! That person MUST have been smelling their own bad attitude or something. You can't please everyone and some people are just looking for a reason to complain. DO NOT BELIEVE THEM. I have been here almost a week now and have had no issues whatsoever. Another thing that is good about this place, is the WIFI works very well.. They actually have 2 seperate routers on each end of the park so EVERYONE can catch a signal. Very unlike other parks that advertize wifi and the signal is either too weak or too slow. These people are honest, straight shooters, and will work with you if you just communicate with them. Shame on the people who wrote these bad reviews. Put on your big girl panties and get over it. The world doesn't owe you ANYTHING. Go out and earn the respect and pay increase instead of claiming it is owed to you..... That is all. 😀
