However, since Andrew was hired as the new manager this community has gotten so much better. People in the park are much happier. Andrew is very helpful and is a true professional. It is a pleasure to work with him. He has made a lot of improvements within the park and it is looking really nice. He is definitely an asset to the community. We look forward to a long term relationship with him.
August 27 · Bill JonesAndrew is a great asset to Columbia Terrace Estates. Out of the 5 years we have lived here, he is the best manager we've had. He is always professional, upbeat and friendly. He goes above and beyond to help the tenants here. Any issues I've talked to him about has been resolved quickly and fairly. You can tell he takes pride in his role as manager.

He was very patient with us as we asked a ton of different questions about various lots and aspects of the neighborhood. He is very energetic but not overpowering. He clearly has an attitude of service and gains happiness from helping others. What a great steward for the neighborhood and the resident!

September 04 · Joleen StrunkIf you would have asked me to write a review up until six months ago I would have given this park between a two and a three stars. I won’t go into all the problems of the past but I would like to sing the praises of the new manager that came in the fall of 2019. Andrew has completely changed the feeling of this park and he has diffused much of the animosity between the residents and the management by giving the most amazing customer service! Suddenly the maintenance of the park has become a priority and when you call the office with a question or an issue Andrew is always there, always ready with an answer or a promise to investigate to get an answer and get something done. He keeps his word and gets back when he says he will and he has gone above and beyond the call of duty on several occasions to meet the needs of residents. We have lived here six years and been through at least that many managers and this is the first time I have felt like the management was there to help instead of just collect rent. We have had an issue with mail delivery that goes way beyond the authority of the park management and has to do with the United States Postal Service regulations and restrictions causing barriers for disabled residents of our park and Andrew has taken on this problem and solved it In the short time he has been here where other managers just wrote off this problem as unresolvable. We are selling our home and moving closer to our children and before Andrew came I felt bad recommending this park but now with Andrew in charge I feel very confident offering our home for sale. There are lovely people who live in this park and we have truly enjoyed our neighbors and now I know they will be well taken care of in the future. This management company should take good care of Andrew!
