We have stayed here at least twice a year for many years. We have love it because of its location. This time we were a little unsatisfied. The grass, which used to be green, is dead. It looks like a desert. The pool is maintained nicely, but when we went to use the showers there was a dental pick on the floor with a clump of something in the drain. Wore flip flops in the shower. Then when getting out we noticed a huge clump of hair in the corner of the dressing area. It was so gross. I went into the office to tell them it needed attention. The worker was on the phone helping someone, no issue. However, she never gave a nod or acknowledged me. I waited at least ten minutes thinking her lackadaisical conversation would end soon or she could maybe put them on hold. Anyway, when she did get to me and I told her the problem she was terse and acted as if it was no big deal. She stated the cleaning person would get to it that day. Most people would have said I’ll see that it’s taken care of properly and thank you. She was rude!! I didn’t catch her name, it she was gray haired, portly woman with a beer shirt on.The place is going downhill. I hope the Port people are observing what is going on there. - Darla Mullins
