Columbia Heights, All-Age Manufactured Homes Community Introduce
The Columbia Heights All-Age Manufactured Homes Community in Troutdale, Oregon, represents a fantastic opportunity for individuals and families across the Oregon region seeking an affordable, stable, and community-focused residential option. Located in the picturesque setting of Troutdale—often called the "Gateway to the Columbia River Gorge"—this park offers a unique blend of suburban tranquility and easy access to some of the Pacific Northwest’s most stunning natural landscapes.
This community is proudly an all-age development, meaning it caters to a diverse population, from young families starting out to retirees who still enjoy an active lifestyle. By specializing in providing lots for manufactured and mobile homes, Columbia Heights offers a crucial avenue for homeownership that avoids the extremely high prices of traditional stick-built homes in the Portland Metro area. This affordability, combined with the scenic beauty of the location, is a major draw for local Oregon residents.
Public perception, as indicated by resident feedback, shows a history of change and recent improvements. One long-term resident noted significant and positive changes under the current ownership, including making "significant improvements to the community" and offering an "affordable" space rent. This suggests a dedicated effort by the current real estate developer and owner to enhance the living experience, build a safe and caring atmosphere, and actively invest back into the infrastructure and services of the park. While past managerial concerns were raised, the recent positive direction highlights a renewed commitment to high standards and resident satisfaction.
Beyond the homes themselves, Columbia Heights aims to provide a rich, amenity-filled environment. It functions as much more than just a mobile home dealer or housing complex; it is a full community designed with features like playgrounds, picnic areas, and recreational spaces that encourage outdoor activity and neighborly interaction. For anyone looking to escape the hustle of inner Portland while remaining close to both city conveniences and unparalleled nature, this Troutdale location is an ideal choice.

Columbia Heights, All-Age Manufactured Homes Community Reviews
- This community could be a wonderful place to live IF it had effective and caring managers.I lived there for 3 years and made many wonderful friends. However, the managers who are commonly referred to as the “ renter collectors” seem to be disrespectful of the community residents and unwilling to enforce rules that could make everyone’s lives safer and happier.I spoke up on behalf of many residents and was mostly ignored, labeled a trouble maker and I finally just walked away. - I have lived here for over 25 years. We have had several park owners over the years but the one we have now is pretty darn good. They even provided free delivered thanksgiving dinners last year. They are and have made some significant improvements to the community and space rent is very affordable. Safe and caring community. May 01 · Randolph Brown
- I have had the worst luck with having any type of relationship with Rick the not property manager but likes to tell people here he is. His wife Linda is as fluid and calculated she seems she does not assert herself and Rick tries to do so. Know that this community is what it says it is. Hopefully the new gate and uplift will do for this community as being prepared is for a storm. July 19 · Michael Ratliff
- It's a nice little trailer court but then so was the park the trailer park boys lived in ha ha bubbles and Ricky and Julian? Ha ha. August 13 · Donald Countryman
- It's a mobile home park, very clean and kept well, people are nice. August 23 · Michael
