Colorado RV Park Reviews
Horrible place to live. Owner will let you and your family be harrased by your neighbors to no end and call you a liar even with video evidence and gets mad that the police come out. Had to call sanitation department for trash and has a bad attitude all around about her property. She will also try charge you extra rent for residents when there is no occupancy limit or statement about it.
Dec 30, 2022 · Christina CummingsI've been at this park 7 years now. And while it might not have all the luxuries of other Parks, it's a great place to live! The people are nice and friendly. Mostly everything is quiet. And everybody kind of reminds their own business. Mostly people help each other. it's a real community. The owner doesn't tolerate bad behavior. And you won't get in trouble for parking on the grass.🤔🤣Also so I've read some reviews from people that have lived there like a year ago and I never seen these people in my life and I don't know what they're talking about yeah it's not fancy but it's functional! Miss Betty don't tolerate no b******* so if something happened why you lived here I'm pretty sure you were part of the problem.Any problems that I've had here the issues have had dealt with immediately.
Jun 11, 2024 · Suzanne AmiesI've lived here for six yrs. Great place to live quiet, out in the country, and right by the river. Couldn't ask for a more peaceful environment, and the pond with goldfish in it is pretty cool. A horseshoe pit is also available to use.
