Clinton RV Park is conveniently located at 2521 Hwy 65 S, Clinton, AR 72031, USA. This address places it directly on U.S. Highway 65, a major north-south artery that runs through central Arkansas, making it highly accessible for RVs and tow vehicles traveling from various parts of the state. Clinton, the county seat of Van Buren County, offers a welcoming small-town atmosphere while providing essential services and amenities.
The park's location on a major highway ensures easy navigation, while still offering a "pretty quiet park" experience, as noted by guests. For Arkansans, this means less time spent on complicated routes and more time enjoying their destination. Clinton is strategically positioned to offer access to some of Arkansas's most beloved attractions. Greers Ferry Lake, renowned for its crystal-clear waters, excellent fishing, boating, and various water sports, is just about "five miles away" from the park. This proximity makes Clinton RV Park an ideal base for lake enthusiasts.
Beyond the lake, the area boasts cultural and natural wonders. The famous Ozark Folk Center State Park, where visitors can immerse themselves in traditional Ozark crafts, music, and heritage, is within a reasonable driving distance. Other attractions like Blanchard Springs Caverns and the scenic Buffalo National River are also accessible for day trips. Clinton RV Park provides a foundational set of services catering to RV travelers, particularly those seeking longer-term stays. While some amenities may vary in condition, the core offerings aim to provide functionality and convenience:
- Full Hookup RV Sites: The park offers full hookups at its sites, which typically include connections for electricity (with various amp services like 30 and 50 amp), water, and sewer. This is a critical service for comfortable RV living.
- Concrete Pads: A significant convenience highlighted by guests is that "The pads are concrete." Concrete pads provide a level and stable surface for parking RVs, making setup easier and more secure.
- Cable TV: Cable TV is included in the monthly cost for long-term guests, offering entertainment options during your stay.
- Wi-Fi Access: Wireless internet (Wi-Fi) is generally included in the monthly cost for long-term stays. However, it's noted that "Wifi was weak where we were located," indicating potential variability in signal strength depending on the site.
- Laundry Room: A "laundry room on site" is available for guests. While one review mentioned it being "Filthy dirty," another source implies the presence of laundry facilities. Direct verification upon arrival regarding cleanliness standards would be prudent.
- Bathroom with Shower: The park provides a bathroom with a shower for guest use. Similar to the laundry room, one review critically stated it was "filthy dirty," while others indicate a focus on basic amenities. Guests should be prepared to assess this upon check-in.
- Long-Term Stay Options: The park clearly caters to longer stays, with guests noting they "decided to winter here" and mention of "monthly cost." This makes it suitable for extended visits or temporary residency.
- Pet-Friendly: While not explicitly stated in the provided reviews, most RV parks are pet-friendly with certain rules (leash laws, cleanup). It is advisable to confirm their specific pet policy directly.
It is strongly recommended that prospective guests, especially those with concerns about cleanliness, contact the park directly or verify conditions upon arrival to ensure expectations are met.
Clinton RV Park presents several features and highlights that can be appealing to its target audience, despite some noted inconsistencies in maintenance of shared facilities:
- Quiet Atmosphere: A consistent highlight is that it is a "pretty quiet park." This is a significant advantage for those seeking a peaceful environment, free from excessive noise, making it suitable for relaxation and extended stays.
- Reasonable Pricing: Guests note that "The price is reasonable," suggesting it offers good value, particularly for long-term stays, which can be a major factor for budget-conscious RVers.
- Full Hookups on Concrete Pads: The combination of "full hookups" and "concrete pads" at each site provides essential convenience and stability for RVs. Concrete pads are highly desirable for their ease of leveling and cleanliness.
- Long-Term Stay Capability: The park explicitly caters to "winter" residents and offers "monthly cost" options, making it an excellent choice for those needing an extended stay in the area for family visits or seasonal enjoyment of Arkansas.
- Inclusion of Cable TV and Wi-Fi: For monthly guests, having "Cable TV and wifi included" adds value, providing entertainment and connectivity without extra fees, though Wi-Fi strength may vary.
- Proximity to Family and Attractions: One reviewer's reason for staying—having "family in the area"—highlights the park's suitability for those visiting loved ones in Clinton or utilizing it as a base for exploring local attractions like Greers Ferry Lake and the Ozark Folk Center.
While some public areas like bathrooms and laundry facilities have received negative feedback regarding cleanliness, the core features of quiet sites, full hookups on concrete, and long-term affordability remain significant highlights for the park's target demographic.

Clinton RV Park Reviews
This is a pretty quiet park. The price is reasonable. We decided to winter here because we have family in the area. It has full hookups at the sites. The pads are concrete. Cable TV and wifi included in the monthly cost. Wifi was weak where we were located. We will probably stay here again.
Feb 04, 2024 · nancy andryscoThere is only one bathroom with shower. It is filthy dirty! There is a laundry room. Filthy dirty. I ask the guy for wifi password twice. Nothing. I paid 45 for one night. Do Not stay here! I’m very disappointed!
Apr 27, 2024 · Linda ShockleyFor being right off the highway it was not as noisy as I anticipated. The spots are cleaned and the grass is kept up with. The park manager (Todd) Was very helpful in getting me backed in, As I have never backed my camper up in my life. Thank you for a place to stay and the help getting me in my spot. Only negative I had was the internet is spotty and when the campers came in next to me I had very poor signal. Otherwise everything else was great.
Sep 05, 2022 · Danielle NelsonThere must not be anyone that actively “manages” this Park. There were very old campers there with clothes lines hanging off of one of them. It looked like some people lived there full time. One lady kept coming over and asking my wife all kinds of weird questions. Since we had booked this online, sight unseen, we had no idea it would be like this. Had we driven in without a reservation, we wouldn’t have booked a stay there. We weren’t set up for 5 minutes before we decided to leave. While we were breaking down, the lady came over again and started asking questions. Someone in management needs to know some of their residents are costing them business.
Aug 02, 2022 · Fort Bend Home Pros - Ross McEathronStayed here overnight in a motor home. Dropped in without a reservation just before the office closed. Hosts were very friendly. I rented a pull through site. It was reasonably level and a concrete pad. WiFi worked and was fast at dinner time. No issues with the water. Park is clean and well kept. I would stay here again.
