- There is some good people that live here. The place is run down it needs a lot of work on the outside. But that's probably why the rent is cheap but there's some really good people there April 09 · Mike K.
- To its credit, Clear Creek Mobile Home Park is within walking distance of Bodine's Casino and Costco. In fact, if you're in decent shape, it's also within walking distance of Walmart, Trader Joe's, Best Buy, and all the other retail establishments along Topsy Lane. You've also got great access to I-580 and Highways 50 and 395. But this last winter appears to have taken a major toll on the driveways here, which are crumbling with large potholes. Kudos to the manager's residence and office as well, which is very well kept up with nice shade trees and a commanding view of the park. April 15 · Mark White
