The lady will sayshe's faxing paperwork to you on Monday and you won't get it till Wednesday. They do not follow up with potential buyers at all!!. They say that they will help you sell your home. Lol that's another joke. I'm not sure where quality homes finds thesepeople to work there. Quality homes should not go back to that website where they find these people..smh. I thought the last manager was bad. Not compared to this bunch..
May 24, 2025 · DebiI would not advise you buy any mobileHome at Clarkston Lakes or really any home involved with Quality Homes in Oakland County Michigan. There are a laundry list of reasons. Main is management! We have a lot our home sit on which willnever be ours to own, we accepted that. Our lot ends a mowers pass behind our shed. Clarkston Lakes Manager has given us a notice of violation for not mowing their grass which is from behind our shed to fence line at Sashabaw. This isn’t ours to use so not ours to maintain. We PAY to have our lawn maintained as we are both disabled.Manager here uses this place as her own personal control ring. In other words, if you aren’t her friend or kissing her butt you have problems. True fact, ask many residents here. This is only One of so many more Tyrant type controlsBeing used at Clarkston Lakes.Never Is the Manager in office.. we always get Susanne who is just a wonderful person and very professional! ( she should be the manager).Nobody in upper management over those running the properties seem to do a Thing about our complaints Or care. Once management is reported she then takes it out in any manner she can to get said complaints at evicted…FACT!So my advise get EVERYTHING Clearly Defined and in Writing!!! Have a lawyer check over All manner of paperwork.
May 23, 2024 · A MelhusAbsolute nightmare. Nearly every single month that I've lived here for the last 5 years, the water needs to be shut off for "emergency repairs" sometimes multiple times per month and then requires boiling for multiple days. White shirts and sheets are ruined because they can't provide clean water, as it's loaded with iron and other metals that stain. Several days per week, for a few hours, the water slows to a near trickle. They enforce lawn cutting to the point that it can't survive hot dry summers or cold freezing fall/winter. They have absolutely no idea about horticulture, and I honestly believe they simply do this to steal $50-$75/week from people who may not be able to mow in the 3 days they give you to do it after giving you a violation you absolutely do not deserve. Do not live here. They will continue to increase site rent, but provide you absolutely nothing in return. Management is aloof and doesn't care about the residents. They only care about enforcing draconian rules. Worse than an HOA. They stand high on their towers of supremacy and lord their will over the residents who get no say in anything.
Feb 14, 2023 · Brian FreytagI just purchased a home here in Clarkston Lakes. I worked with the property manager, Stephanie and I can’t say how much I appreciated her during the purchase. Stephanie and the whole staff at Clarkston lakes have been nothing but helpful and professional. Susan answering the phone and all my questions with a smile. I love my new home and I hope to be here for a long time! Thank you Clarkston Lakes MHC.
Sep 08, 2023 · Amy MedinaProperty management blows. Instead of reminding everyone that spring cleaning needs to start they put over 190 violation letters on the doors of people's trailers. It's not even may and it was 28 degrees last night.
