Sep 04, 2024 · Mark FitzhughBy far a gem in hiding compared to other Rv lot rentals. It’s a little park nestled in the woods and the property is well maintained and owned by the sweetest couple who are super nice and helpful. I’m enjoying the sense of community and respect from the people who are residing here either pt/ft . There’s a washer and dryer as a courtesy to the resident. Also it’s dog-kid friendly and the prettiest park I’ve seen. Located on the Waller-Grimes county border and secluded and quiet place that’s safe and great prices to boot. Thanks Lori , Terry for all you do!Signed,Happy camper.....said Mary a former resident of the RV park and now I have to say the truth about what happened between the landlord and myself as it was a tragic and sad end of the friendship I thought I had . I did once enjoy the park and it was a little bit out of the beaten path and very isolated but I felt safe and like I was protected by the owners who lived next door to me. That is until I had a fallout with my bf and the problems between he and I became the first issue for me at the RV park because the landlord was afraid of bad reviews so she made my bf move out . It didn't occur to her that now she's getting one anyway. I understand that it's my responsibility to keep my life drama away from others and not let the peace of the park be spoiled due to a couples argument, however when a landlord had a crush on my bf and was behind my back lying to him to make sure we never got back together and to the point of practically destroying our lives with her lies and deciet because she was jealous and had no happiness in her marriage or private life, so she made sure she would bring others down as well. She was trying to get laid and cheat on her husband and she used slander and games to divide my bf and I even more then we were. She was caught after I read his phone and all her schemes and when I called her out on the betrayal she told me to thank my boyfriend for being evicted and for no reason except her getting caught. I wasn't behind on my rent until she was making me leave the park at Christmas time even and I had to pay her last month rent a couple days late. Never trust Lori and believe her innocent sweet lady act. She was a good friend I thought until I was betrayed and she had no regard for her wrong doing. This was a year ago and since then my bf and I have been stronger than ever and it's probably a good thing it happened in the end because her plans didn't work on after all , it just made us closer.
Nov 22, 2022 · Mary ToukanStayed in site 3. This is a mostly residential park. It’s fairly quiet until 3am when the people start yelling and fighting. Then there are the spaces that you cannot get in our out of. We had a 28 ft RV pulled by a Silverado 1500. And my husband is a pretty good rig driver. Still, it took us 40 min to park and 40 min to pull out because the site was much shorter than advertised and the woods around the site prevented a simple back in parking. The people next to us in site 4 had a 34 ft 5th wheel and it took them 1.5 hrs to finally get backed in. There just isn’t enough room for ease of parking. I gave this review 2 stars because they did have nice power, sewer, and water hook up and the camp host was nice. We left with a dent in our truck and a grumpy husband.
Oct 18, 2020 · Jnfr GreenWe had been traveling from Texas state park to park. The Governor closed the parks due to Clovid 19 and our reservations were cancelled. Suddenly all the RV'ers in the parks scrambled to private parks that filled up quickly. We found this quiet, out of the way place in the woods. We stayed a week and enjoyed our privacy and social distancing. Especially, nice was spotless laundry and the owners. They were great.
Apr 24, 2020 · Dr. Jeffrey A. StatesSo we found this RV park searching online. It looked nice and stated that the RV spot was 60ft long. We have a 34ft 5th wheel and it barely fit. It took us an hour to back into this spot due to the brush, trees and uneven dirt. I am very surprised I didn’t damage my truck and RV. Also, we were very close to the other RV behind us. This is mostly a residential rv lot. And most RVs are very old. The place feels very claustrophobic.I will say that the site host was very nice. I would recommend clearing brush and some trees around the sites. If not, just make this park for permanent dwellers only.
