Clairmont Mobile Home Park Introduce
Clairmont Mobile Home Park is a large, established, and active **all-ages manufactured home community** located in the heart of Oregon City, Oregon. Built in 1973 with approximately 188 units, this community provides Oregon residents with a desirable and often more **affordable path to homeownership** compared to traditional site-built homes in Clackamas County. Residents own their manufactured home and pay a monthly lot rent (or space fee) for the land, which includes access to a variety of valuable community amenities and services. The park is managed by Investment Property Group (IPG), a company that has recently invested in significant expansion and improvement of the community's infrastructure and homes, including the addition of new manufactured homes.
The community atmosphere is characterized by long-term residency, with some families having lived there for almost 20 years, speaking to the park's stability and sense of being "home." Recent reviews highlight a noticeable **positive shift in management**, with a new, professional, and "hands-on" manager praised for being highly capable and responsive, especially during challenging events like the recent ice storm. This proactive management approach is critical for the maintenance of the older park and the well-being of its residents, showing a strong commitment to care and compassion during stressful situations. The focus on keeping the park clean and ensuring most homes are well-kept helps maintain the quality of life for all residents.
The Clairmont community is positioned to offer a low-maintenance lifestyle with access to recreation and is continuously working to improve its facilities. It serves as an excellent alternative for Oregonians seeking to build equity in a home while benefiting from the shared expenses and amenities that a mobile home park structure offers.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1- I spend 2 months a year here with my son. They have a brand new manager. She was outside working on fallen trees from ice storm. Seems to be hands on. The park is older but most homes are kept up February 25 · Carolyn Bonang
- We had a tree take out our power. A tree that past managers didn't remove when asked and informed it was too close to the power box. Well, it did. Thankfully, we have a very capable, nice and professional manager now. 10 days w/o power. Park owners promised to repay the electrician bill, they put us up in a motel for a few days and we were able to use the office during the day to stay warm. Thank you, Katie, you rock. You made a terrible situation, less so. We've lived here almost 20yrs. It is home. We appreciate, a lot, when management and owners show care and compassion, especially in stressful situations, whether of our making or yours. Sincerely, thank you.Edit to add, the park owners never reimbursed us. March 31 · Joanne C
- Old homes, some new one in the middle of the complex. Clean neighborhood. Lots of nice Children. the Neighborhood is quiet. No petty drama.no druggies wondering the lot. Speed bumps however are absolutely atrocious it feels like it's going to ruin your car. So go slow. November 24 · V Rene
- I have lived in CMP since 2013 and just moved out in June 2021.....I enjoyed our time there. We had great neighbors and never had issues with stealing or vandalism. Most of the houses are kept up to park standards.....like any other parks....a few take advantage of their situation and let their weeds grow and fences fall......I loved walking to the stores and always felt safe. - I've lived here for years, and I can tell you it's not as safe as the manager claims it is. My house was robbed, things were stolen out of my carport and my shed. My car and a neighbor's car were broken into. If you complain about speeding cars or loud music, the manager says that is something you have to deal with because you live in a mobile home park. My van was even side swiped in a hit and run while it was parked in front of my own home. This is NOT a quiet park either. We have street racers speeding through here, people on Harleys revving up their bikes, people blaring music so loud that it shakes your Windows, dogs being left unattended outside and barking all hours of the night.Beware. Each new manager we get is worse than the last.Once again, we have another new manager. This is the 8th manager we've had in the 11 years I've lived here. This one needs better training and needs to learn the rules and our lease agreement. When we submit a complaint about something that is clearly a violation of park rules and/or the lease agreement, he says it's a Police matter. It's always a game of pass the buck. He just either doesn't know the rules or just doesn't want to do his job and enforce them. My next door neighbor has been harassing my family for over 2 years to the point where my 7 year old actually got so stressed out that he tried to end his life and is now in a mental health treatment facility. I do believe it is time to sue this park for allowing this harassment to continue for so long and not taking steps to stop it. This is just ridiculous. August 28 · Angel Fujiyoshi
