Citrus Grove and RV parks and apartments is centered in not the best of neighborhoods however, the residents make up a friendly community so it's not so bad. The maintenance man Bill was always offering to help day and night when he wasn't working at another property and Shannon the manager who also worked back and forth with other properties was very attentive and would respond back to you right away when needed. I cannot say one bad thing about the people or the owner of the property. It's also located a two minute walk to the rail. And conveniently located close to a Fry's grocery store and circle k. The neighborhood is constantly patrolled by the police so it's not so bad. And again the neighbors in the community look out for one another.

They then proceeded to have me put in an application with the park. I went to the bank provided proof of funds and gathered various documents they required and submitted the application fee via money order. I received no reply after paying the money. They ignored my calls, voice messages, and emails. I now see the same trailer listed for more than double what they initially offered it to me for. It's their property they can do what they want that's not the issue; their business practices are! They took money for a decision on an application not the silent treatment. At the least they owe me the dignity of a reply. It would have been simple enough to have the decency to provide adverse information or say, "hey we're going another route." Shady business people...buyer/renter -Be Aware!

She is concerned about any resident issue and is always available for assistance with a smile and gracious manner for a park kept clean and well maintained. She certainly deserves five stars or an even higher if possible!!

The park manager approaches all respectfully, helps tenants with their respective needs to maintain the place, helps with utility hookups, and keeps the park clean. The current park residents are delightfully wonderful. Living in this park means understanding each other's right to have a safe and clean place to live.
