I had a terrible experience with this place, the managers (which were very rude by the way) NEVER made sure my mobile home would fit before moving it there, I signed a contract and paid them more than one thousand dollars. The mobile home was too big for the lot so it did NOT fit. I paid the movers I hired thousands $$$ as well, if I knew the mobile home was not going to fit, I would have never moved it there. I told the manager that I wanted my money back and she asked for my address to send the refund "if there was one" she said. I never got my money back. She even blocked my phone number so I didn't call her. Good luck to everyone trying to move there.
