This is a nice over 55 park. Many units coming up for sale in the next couple months. Lots of nice features like a car wash, jacuzzi and pool ( just replastered) just to mention a few.

Most of the individuals have lived here awhile as expected. Nice community enough of individuals. If your looking for high and super glue tight, this is your spot.

Feb 08, 2020 · Donna SmithI have lived here for many years, and "...Country Club" is true appelation.It's a beautifully maintained space with high-end 'mobile homes' - some costing as much as some mid-range, even one could say high-end houses in some areas. BUT having said that, it is under new ownership and a 'little' thing happened the other day that my personal thought is that it was heartless. A family of very kind and good people, whose young daughter is dying of cancer and her husband was killed the other day in an extremely 'freak' car accident, which in no way her grandson should have lived, and yet did with only a few bruises. (The picture of the car was literally a roof bowled-in 'pancake.') California is in the triple-digits heat wise and their two grandchildren, both under the age of 10, both in extreme grief were in the swimming pool with their grandfather, and the manager kicked them OUT because it was five minutes after closing time. This, to me, is a heartless and unconscionable action.
