July 16 · Wendy MitchellGoing on day 4 no water in the whole park. Theres no showers, toilets, or doing dishes. If you got kids think again. This is not the place if you're not strong. Every year theres something smh. They increase the lot fees every 6 months but its not any difference. More and more rules and regulations. It was $460 when I first got here. Now $700. Pretty soon ill be priced out.

Only having moved in under two weeks ago.A water pipe recently broke in the park.And Dan (the manager) came around checking on the tenants. Making sure we all knew that there was plenty of water available to everyone for drinking and for making our toilets flush when we wanted them to and to put into our swamp coolers if we wanted to.He went above and beyond during our time with out running water. And I just want his superiors to know that they have an Amazing onsite Manager here.Thank you Dan, for caring and for making sure we were all covered.
