Dating back to 1962, this community has matured into a desirable option for those seeking the benefits of single-level living and property ownership without the prohibitive price tag of traditional housing.
Residents of Cherry Blossom Mobile Home Park describe it as a welcoming and vibrant place, noting that it is currently **bustling with kids**, reflecting its appeal as a family-friendly neighborhood. Feedback from long-term residents underscores the fact that this is a safe, bustling neighborhood where children can grow up and play. For a family seeking a place to put down roots and feel comfortable over the long term, this community offers a valuable sense of permanence that is increasingly rare. The ability to own a home—a detached, single-level unit with private parking and a small yard—at a considerably lower cost than a standard stick-built house is a powerful advantage in the Fairview/Gresham area.

Cherry Blossom Mobile Home Park Reviews
- Lovely community but people don’t know how to drive the speed limit September 11 · Heath Heaton
- We have lived here since 1997. This park has changed a lot in 24 years. We raised our kids here. It's bustling with kids more so now than when we first moved here. You can feel comfortable living at Cherry Blossom and raise your family here. February 04 · Lori S
- Jody and Cliff the new managers are trying to get this place straightened up there doing a great job. Trying to do their best old manager here was a dictator like Hitler glad she's gone😁. Other than that most neighbors help each other most everybody in here is friendly. Like anywhere it still has its problems. Most the time is pretty quiet around here at night December 24 · Phillip Pinney
- This mobile home park is located on 201st between halsey and sandy blvd..the property itself isn't that bad but the lack of amenities makes it less that appealing when compared to other parks in the area. The rules in the park are pretty unrealistic as well for a mobile home park. The majority of people there are very nice and it has a decent community watch program..but management needs help getting this park on par with others in the area. May 05 · Tom Jones
- Jody, the woman who "manages" this park had the NERVE to call me early one Saturday morning to berate me for being where I wasn't supposed to be. Funny part of it was, SHE HAD THE WRONG NUMBER!!! I have never heard of this park in my life. After I told her good luck with her problem, but I wasn't the one she was looking for, she CALLED ME BACK!!! This time she told me I was in "big trouble." Regardless of the situation she was ineptly attempting to resolve, the language she used was extremely unprofessional. How rude to wake someone up on a Saturday morning and then not bother to listen when that person tries to tell you that you have called the wrong person. Shame on you. March 11 · Calamity Jenn
