I just want to start off by saying that this is the most impressive community in the area. The office staff is just wonderful, they do a phenomenal job keeping everything under control with keeping the property looking sharp and great attitudes that they carry whenever anyone enters the office. They are also very attentive with any issues the residents at the community may have. The property is very well maintained, dog friendly, and pool is always looking spotless. Everyone is very friendly at the community too! Highly recommend checking this place out, you won’t regret it.
Jun 17, 2025 · Samuel Cossio🚨DONT MOVE HERE 🚨They keep deleting my review. This is a horrible place to live. Lived there for 13 years and they sent us to court for small things. Racist manager that deserves the worst things possible. This is the definition of corporate greed. There has to be a way to sue these people, hopefully a class action lawsuit comes there way because I would be the first on the list. Anybody that has more than 1 star is lying.1.Eviction Rights in Arizona (Mobile Home Parks)Under Arizona Revised Statutes § 33-1400 to § 33-1491 (the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act):• The landlord (or park management) cannot evict you without cause and must provide written notice explaining the reason for eviction.• Common lawful reasons for eviction include:• Non-payment of rent• Violation of reasonable park rules or regulations• Substantial damage to property• Change of use of the park (e.g., closing or redeveloping it)If the reasons they cited are trivial, inconsistent, or discriminatory, this could make the eviction illegal.2. Retaliation or Discrimination ClaimsYou mentioned racism and unfair treatment. Federal and state law (including the Fair Housing Act) prohibits:• Eviction based on race, ethnicity, national origin, religion, sex, disability, or family status.• “Retaliatory eviction” for complaining about unsafe or illegal living conditions (like water or electricity issues). If you can show the park discriminated or retaliated against you, you could file a claim with the Arizona Attorney General’s Office Civil Rights Division or the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD).3. Uninhabitable Conditions (Habitability Issues)Arizona law requires landlords to:• Maintain safe and working utilities (water, sewage, electricity).• Ensure the home is habitable (no repeated shutoffs unless for repair/emergency).If they failed to fix these or deliberately allowed utility shutoffs, they likely violated habitability laws, giving you grounds for:• A habitability lawsuit for damages• Possibly rent abatement or reimbursement• Reporting to the Arizona Department of Housing4. Unfair Business Practices or Breach of ContractIf the management is demanding HOA-like rules without legal standing:• They could be violating contract law (your rental agreement terms).• You may sue for breach of contract or unfair business practices.5. Potential Lawsuit Types:• Wrongful eviction• Housing discrimination (if you can show race-based or other protected-class discrimination)• Habitability violations• Retaliatory eviction• Breach of contract6. What To Do Now:✔️ Gather evidence:• Copies of the eviction notice and any management correspondence• Photos/videos of water/sewage/electricity issues• Witness statements (neighbors, friends)• Proof of payments, rent history• Record of any discriminatory remarks or incidents✔️ File complaints:• Arizona Attorney General’s Office (for discrimination or retaliation)• HUD (for federal discrimination violations)• Arizona Department of Housing (for landlord violations)✔️ Speak with a Tenant Rights or Fair Housing Attorney:• Many offer free consultations.• Local nonprofits like Community Legal Services (CLS) in Arizona can help.✔️ Possible Class Action:• If other residents are similarly treated, this could justify a class action lawsuit.Final Answer:✅ Yes, you may have a valid basis to sue—for wrongful eviction, habitability violations, retaliation, discrimination, or breach of rental agreements.

Apr 09, 2025 · Bj BrowMy granny originally moved over here in October of 2016, and instead of living in a place that would help her peacefully retire, she's been suffering from these unreasonable demands like not being allowed to grow flowers or veggies, not allowed to have a fence in the yard for privacy because she lives alone at 70, and the nonstop flow of cats and dogs pissing and pooping everywhere and she has no animals. The office keeps demanding her to clean up the cat and dog poop, and they also demand her to make unreasonable repairs that she can't even afford. To sum it all up, she's been stressed out the whole time she's been living here.
