- Lot Rental: The primary service offered is the rental of individual lots for manufactured homes. This typically includes connections for water, sewer, and electricity.

Cedar Hill Mobile Home Park Reviews
Wish i would have read the reviews before I bought a place out here! The neighbors are okay for the most part, but there are a bunch of meth heads/junkies. House was broken into 2 weeks after we bought it. Management never answers the phone and is only in office maybe 2 days a week. Dumpster is always over flowing but yet the want to fine you for putting trash next to dumpster and not in it. Definitely would have passed if we had a do over!
Jun 29, 2018 · jessicaDon't do it unless you're ready to deal with stupid! Got a notice saying I'll be fined for using my own driveway! And if you're buying a property be ready for people to go through your homes because that's exactly what the owners do! In other words skip out on this dump!
