As new management as of January 2025, I have taken on the challenge to completely renovate cedar Creek lake Park I am aware of its past and I am doing everything in my power to create a safe, clean, comfortable park. Debris has been removed, property is being cleaned , there are a lot of fabulous changes going on. Drug use is not tolerated and my rules are very strict. I hope that the citizens will please give us another chance and drive by property in a month or so and see all the fabulous changes!!!
Apr 27, 2025 · Laurie KillingsworthThis place generates $350,000 in annual revenue but you can’t tell from the deplorable conditions and lack of privacy. No fencing, loud industrial construction and flooding issues to name a few things. The poor road construction and roaches from abandoned drug stash trailers is overwhelming. The management claims to be working on cleaning up the park, but it’s just a constant stream of terrible. A few vehicles in the park have no mufflers and wake up the kids frequently during the nights and weekends, and a few couples fight and can be heard throughout the park.Hopefully this park goes out of business. Stay far away from this place! There are much nicer parks with 50 amp outlets in the area. Just driving my motorhome through the park shook everything up because the roads are so bad.New manager Lauren claims to be anti-drug but smokes weed and drives around terrorizing tenants with her golf cart. Seriously, this place is broken. Was nice a few years ago when I first visited, but time has really changed this place. Find anything else, you can’t do worse and the rent isn’t cheap anymore. Honestly I don’t know how they’re still alive.
May 11, 2025 · Barron SamuelMy sister Laurie has began management there last month. I KNOW that her strong efforts and strong will will create changes that will be beneficial to the property in that it will become a VERY NICE, very comfortable and safe place to be able to call home. She is definitely “ challenge oriented “! The progress I KNOW that she is capable of making is going to be something wonderful, creative and just down right progressive!
Feb 16, 2025 · Joyce SteeleI was out there a few days ago visiting this old man I know when the new manager roll up on us with weed billowing out of her vehicle. She was screaming and hollering like a crazy woman. I'm thinking everyone out there is in danger with someone like that running it. Some of the neighbors came out after she peeled out and the stories they told were really awful. My friend has been expecting a check for a few weeks and from what they say, she keeps their mail from them..it has to be very bad. My friend, the old man was shaking and tearful..I hope we can get him out of there soon..from what I was told, there is Alot of Elder Abuse going on out there. It's used to be a great place they said but, new management.
Mar 14, 2025 · Day TripperDO NOT move here! This is the nastiest RV park in town! Terrible management and not to mention the horrible bug infestation of ROACHES! I begged and begged the management to make my neighbors clean their RV, and when the old man in the RV moved out and had deceased animals in his RV with a mass amount of roaches in every inch of the place all they did was bomb the old man’s RV so they could rent it out to a family with kids! Creating a swarm of them in mine and the surrounding campers! Terrible terrible establishment! I would never recommend this place! Not to mention the constant harassment by your local crackhead neighbor banging on your door for things all hours of the DAY and NIGHT! I lived here with my toddler being told this was a “family RV park” what a joke.Don’t move here unless you’re ready to have every inch of your camper infested with roaches and to be tormented by your management.
