An RV park serves as a dedicated facility where recreational vehicles of all types – motorhomes, travel trailers, and fifth-wheels – can park and access necessary utilities. These parks range from basic overnight stops to full-fledged resorts with extensive amenities. The primary goal of most RV parks is to provide a safe, convenient, and equipped space for travelers to hook up their RVs and enjoy a comfortable stay. This often includes access to electricity, water, and sewer connections, allowing RVers to utilize their vehicle's facilities. Catfish Creek RV Park fulfills these core needs, positioning itself as a practical choice for those traversing or exploring Georgia.

For those journeying through Southeast Georgia, the park serves as a highly convenient pull-off point, eliminating the need to navigate complex city streets or remote backroads with a large vehicle. Its position on a main artery ensures a straightforward arrival and departure, which is particularly beneficial for overnight stays.

It’s like parking at a “rest stop” with all the highway noise. Real nice Host and price reasonable.

Apr 23, 2025 · S GarveyLoved our 3 nights here the owners really were great. The weather was unseasonably cold and they reminded us to check our water and propane. We had a great Christmas weekend here. About 6 parking spots just off hwy 301. In a pecan orchard. We even took home a few nuts. Would stay here again. 10 min drive to Glennville or Caxton.
Dec 30, 2022 · Crystal MillerArrived on a dark March evening after a long and eventful day of travel. Very pleased to find this little oasis out in the middle of nowhere. Very clean, quiet & reasonably priced. Nice bath house with hot water and great water pressure. Owner was very friendly and accommodating. Even gave us a bottle of local honey! We will definitely remember this campground for a halfway point on our long trips to Florida.
Mar 10, 2016 · anthony linkWish we came this direction more often. Great little campground for overnight or a few days. Was a little concerned about noise since it’s right on the highway - but it’s very quiet. Owner on grounds and extremely friendly and helpful. Highly recommend this little jewel of a campground.
