Decent place to live if you want to be in Wentzville and don’t have half a million dollars to spend on a home or don’t wanna spend $1200 in rent. Rent is perfect the lot space is perfect and we purchased our manufactured home flat out and flipped it so in the long run it’s worth it in these times. Only thing I don’t care for is the gross smell of the water plant right by my lot.
