Bought a house that they said they had the roof fixed… it wasn’t and they won’t get rid of the dead trees that keep falling on my roof and I need to replace my roof so instead I have tarps on it. They harass me about having friends over. And they never fixed the AC unit because I know the previous owners and they said they had the same problems with it. Everyone I talk to has problems with the maintenance and the office. They also harassed me about having chairs in my yard and things on my back porch. Don’t move here. They also put stickers to have your car towed for no good reason out of your driveway and it’s so nice they put it on your drivers side so it’s hard to get off. The office harassment is awful no one likes them. Need new managers bad. Would give a zero star review but that’s not an option. I’m stuck here for another 1and a half years because I bought so don’t live here please for your own sake! - The Fam
