Casey's Socorro RV Park Reviews
Nice RV park. Needs some TLC but I've stayed in worse places and paid more for it. Staff is friendly and the bathroom (only one unisex bathroom/shower) is clean. I'm not familiar with other parks here but I can recommend Casey's without hesitation.
Jul 04, 2025 · James PhillipsWith the upgrades to B row to full service with 50/30 amp and sewer and water hookups this is a real treat for overnight stops. The first 4 sites were completed with work ongoing on the rest. The front office staff was very pleasant and let me keep the car hooked up as that makes me 65 feet long so stuck out but with the park wasn’t too busy.
Nov 09, 2023 · Terry HowardPROS: Sites are level and reasonably wide. Dump station is low enough for our 20', not raised, trailer. Lady who checked us in was nice (although the office was still closed when we left around 10:30 am Sunday). Very quiet despite being right by the main hwy. They have a campground cat. CONS: There is only bathroom, with a toilet, sink and shower in one room. That did not bother us; we showered both mornings we were there. The first day no one else wanted to get in while we were in it, but the second day two people tried to unlock the door (it has a deadbolt, so no embarrassing intrusion). They were nice about waiting. The park was not busy at all, though, so it could be a problem other times. This appears to be an old KOA, which would have originally had decent- sized men's and women's restrooms. That space seems to be taken by the beauty shop. There is a pool, dry in early April; not sure if it is open later in the year. SUMMARY: Good for a couple nights while visiting the area, especially if you are self-contained. The Bodega Burger Co. in town is a nice restaurant with good food.
Apr 08, 2019 · Kate GillispieThis RV location is NOT worth stopping at. Definitely don’t bring in a large Class A. The drive path to the sites is full of holes. Sites are not close to level. Rocks everywhere.Only positive I can say is they have new power pedestals.
Dec 03, 2023 · Deb FancherSpots are a little short and slightly slanted for the longer rigs but the wide roads in the place made it manageable for one night. Friendly staff in front office. No water (maybe because we were there in winter). Definitely an option for an overnight through Socorro.
