- Not the greatest. They will randomly decide to double your rent. The owner spray painted the skirting of my trailer while marking for concrete. The killed my irises which to me constitutes as vandalism. They allowed the neighbors to also hit my trailer with their vehicles which my complaints were not taken seriously. They don’t scrape the road which I slipped and hit my head on the pavement and had a concussion. The management is horrible.
