Casa Mia Mobile Home and RV Park Reviews
Attpted to contact onsite manager and owner about vacant spaces. Office was never open, didn't return calls and she has a sign on her trailer all day everyday saying not to knock her disabled mom is sleeping. Called left a message for the owner not response. The place is going down hill compared to when I lived there as a kid, used to be the best mobile home park in the area, not anymore! They don't replace lights that burn out, during the winter they don't make sire the canal that leads into the park is kept clean to prevent flooding, flooding that you have to pay to fix if you property is damaged! They just want the money and the manager is very condescending in speaking to you!
Jul 22, 2019 · Dmitria BeulahThe manager , Ernest! Rude rude rude!! He slurs his words, reaks of alcohol, never lets you get a word in and is very disrespectful! I applied to be approved for a space on Thursday of last week and was told I had to wait 15 days. The week after submitting my application, the owner of the trailer we were going to buy called me to notify me that someone else had taken their application the day before and had gotten approved that same day for the same spot ! I was mad ! I went to try to ask Ernest how did someone get approved before I did, when I had been waiting and calling to check status of my application for a week now ! This was the first time I had actually been able to meet Ernest in person and he was just straight disrespectful!!! He didn't let me get a word in, he was rude and disrespectful to my sister, and when I asked for my application, come to find out, he never even had looked at it!!!! It was in a totally separate folder and still in the plastics sleeve I had dropped it off in! This whole time we (my boyfriend) and I had been thinking to our selfs. How can we not be approved. My boyfriend is military and makes a decent living. To our surprise our application was never even looked at to begin with! Explains it all! I am happy I don't have to ever deal with that man who calls himself a "manager" though. I feel sorry for the tenants . He is a bully and I can tell why tents are scared of him! Stay away from this place!!!
