Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park Introduce
For many Floridians, mobile home parks represent a unique and often more accessible path to homeownership or long-term residency. In West Palm Beach, communities like Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park are part of the local housing landscape, offering an alternative to traditional single-family homes or apartment living. This article aims to provide a factual overview of Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park, drawing on publicly available information to help prospective residents in the Florida region understand what this community entails.
Mobile home parks typically operate on a model where residents own their manufactured home but lease the land it sits on. This structure can present a lower barrier to entry for homeownership, making it an attractive option for individuals and families looking for more affordable living solutions. These communities often aim to foster a sense of neighborhood, though the quality of that experience can vary significantly from one park to another.
Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park is located at 6209 Forest Hill Blvd, West Palm Beach, FL 33415, USA. This address places the park within the broader West Palm Beach area, a dynamic city on Florida's Atlantic coast. West Palm Beach is known for its vibrant downtown, cultural attractions, beautiful waterfront, and a diverse range of shopping, dining, and entertainment options.
The park's location on Forest Hill Boulevard suggests reasonable accessibility to key transportation routes, including major roads that connect residents to different parts of West Palm Beach and beyond. This can be beneficial for commuting to work, accessing healthcare facilities, or visiting the many recreational opportunities available in the region, such as local parks, beaches, and golf courses. Proximity to everyday conveniences like grocery stores, pharmacies, and schools is also typically a consideration for residents in this area. West Palm Beach itself is well-served by public transportation in some areas, and its central location in Palm Beach County offers convenient access to various community services.
Mobile home parks generally provide certain fundamental services to their residents, typically covered by the monthly lot rent. While the specifics for Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park are based on the common practices of such communities and the limited public information available, residents can generally expect the following:
Lot Rental: The primary service provided is the lease of the land on which a mobile home is placed. This is the foundation of living in a mobile home park.
Utilities Access: While individual utility bills (like electricity) are usually the resident's responsibility, the park typically provides the infrastructure for these services, such as water hookups and often includes water in the lot rent.
Common Area Maintenance: Maintenance of shared spaces within the park, such as internal roads, lighting, and general landscaping, is typically managed by the park administration.
Waste Management: Most mobile home parks arrange for trash collection services for their residents.
Community Rules and Regulations: While not a "service" in the traditional sense, the enforcement of park rules and regulations is a key function of park management, intended to maintain community standards.
Understanding the living experience in a mobile home park often involves looking at both its stated features and the practical realities reported by residents. Based on general mobile home park characteristics and publicly available reviews, here are some points to consider regarding Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park:
Affordable Housing Segment: Mobile home parks, including Casa Del Monte, often cater to individuals and families seeking more budget-friendly housing options compared to the broader West Palm Beach housing market.
Established Community: As an existing mobile home park, Casa Del Monte has an established footprint within the West Palm Beach area, implying a long-standing presence in the community.
Proximity to Urban Amenities: Its location in West Palm Beach offers residents convenient access to the city's diverse amenities, including shopping centers, restaurants, cultural venues, and recreational facilities.
Potential for Personalization: Owning your mobile home within the park often allows for a degree of personalization and home improvement, though this is typically subject to park rules and regulations.
Feedback Regarding Management: Public reviews indicate significant concerns from residents regarding park management. These include allegations of unprofessional conduct, disrespectful treatment of residents, inconsistent enforcement of rules, and issues with facilities like the pool and basketball court not being maintained or replaced as promised. There are also serious accusations of discrimination, including based on race and disability, and improper requests for cash payments for home modifications. These aspects suggest a challenging resident-management dynamic that prospective residents should be aware of and investigate further.
Violation Enforcement: Residents have reported receiving frequent violations for minor issues, even on well-maintained homes, while other properties with more significant issues allegedly go unaddressed. This indicates an inconsistency in how rules are applied.
Security Concerns: There are no public indications of dedicated security services within the provided information.

The appeal of owning your own dwelling, even if you're leasing the land, can be significant for many seeking a stable residence without the higher costs of purchasing a standalone house.

This includes access to shopping, dining, recreational activities, and essential services that contribute to a convenient lifestyle in South Florida. The established infrastructure of West Palm Beach means residents have access to schools, healthcare, and employment opportunities within a reasonable distance.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence when considering any mobile home park, and Casa Del Monte is no exception. While the general concept of mobile home living offers affordability, the specific experiences within a community are heavily influenced by its management and the enforcement of its rules. Public feedback, as presented, points to significant and serious concerns regarding management practices, including allegations of discriminatory behavior, disrespect towards residents, inconsistent rule enforcement, and a lack of maintenance for promised amenities. These factors suggest that while the location and the fundamental affordability of a mobile home might be attractive, potential residents should carefully weigh these reported issues. It is highly advisable to visit the park, speak with current residents, and thoroughly investigate any concerns directly with the park management before making any commitments. This proactive approach will help ensure that the decision aligns with one's expectations for a respectful and well-maintained living environment in West Palm Beach.

Casa Del Monte Mobile Home Park Reviews
Do not recommend. The pool hasn’t been open in years, the park is run down and they took out the basketball pole years ago stating that they will replace it with a newer, better pole. They are not men and women of their word. Racism here and have favorites, it is very obvious and they don’t try to hide it. You get a new violation every week for the most foolish reason. Even if your home is clean and nice, you will always get poked at by the management. If you have a problem with something, they say that it is none of their business, but then jump at you for not doing something about it even though it’s their job to take care of things. Do not come live here unless you want to be discriminated.
Mar 31, 2025 · valerie !I am writing this review on behalf of all my friends, residents, and homeowners living in Casa Del Monte. Many people, both residents and homeowners, dislike the fact that one of your employers is two-faced and that she only lets people build and change their homes if they pay her cash. Nina Cordero. She asks for cash in exchange for being able to customize your home so she gets away with this. Although I may not have evidence to back this statement up, a friend has told me that they have given her cash so the management would stop bothering them about it. Another employer who is not the type of person to be working in this kind of place is the manager. Nobody knows her name because she hasn't given any of us a kind greeting. She is very rude, and she doesn't treat anyone with respect. When people go to the office to have a nice, calm conversation, she refuses and kicks them out. This isn't the type of way anyone should treat people, no matter their status, race, or age. A kind mom was bringing her kids to the park to play in the swings when the manager came up to her and told her to go away in a harsh way with inappropriate words. When asked who she was, the manager responded, "I am the manager and you should not be here, I do not care who you are because I get to do what I want. I'm the boss around here." This is unacceptable. She isn't setting up a good example as a manager. There is another employer that people have been mistreated by. We also do not know her name. All we know is that she appears argentinian and she rides the golf cart around to check out the homes. Which she clearly is not doing a good job. She gives a violation for the smallest thing ever while there are houses rotting and looking like dumpsters! She even tries to enter peoples houses, although we all know she's only supposed to check out the outside. This is an invasion of privacy. While a woman was outside with her 2-year-old, the lady was going full speed into her child. She then later tried to start an argument about how she should watch her kid, even though the lady was mostly in the wrong. She then proceeded to tell her harsh words and stuck out the middle finger. When the mom went to complain about it to the manager, they treated her in an unprofessional way and denied everything she said. Everyone has the same experience with these three women. They talk to everyone in a harsh way in front of their kids, they'll grow up thinking this is all normal. They are supposed to be our future! Why are they doing this? This is a bad management team and should be talked to or fired. As stated in my last review, homeowners buy these mobile homes and rent them out to people, meaning there can be between 5-20 people living in a single trailer. The management team has said that we cannot own more than 1-2 trailers and rent it to people while we go live somewhere else, even though there are clearly people still doing it. Why are they doing nothing about it? This is not fair. They are treating each and every one of us differently.I am writing this here because the email given to complain does not exist. We want to talk to the actual bosses. Not the office, they’ll know who we are and take matters into their own hands and kick us away.
May 19, 2025 · Matt PierreI have lived here for almost 30 years and have seen a lot of ups and downs.I would like to give a lot of credit to the new management team and the new maintenance guys on the wonderful job they are doing trying to clean up the neighborhood. I as a long-term member of the community, thank you all so much. Please keep up the good work. I have just added another star to my review because of the wonderful way I am being treated by the staff in my community. If you have a problem with something going on in the community, don’t scream and yell at the staff they are just doing their jobs which certainly can’t be easy. If you go and talk to the staff about a problem, we are having they will help you resolve it. All you have to do is be kind. Talking about issues helps resolve them much quicker than screaming and yelling at people who are already stressed out by their hard jobs. The lawn maintenance company came through yesterday and it’s such a wonderful job on my yard. I am so happy it helps me to keep my property maintained, which I wish others would do.
