Quite frankly surprised by the reviews on here (Yelp is more accurate as to how they run this place). My parents have lived here for well over 10 years. Office staff has always been rude, negligent, or just straight up lazy including the security (and that’s coming from someone who’s worked in property management). Our home has been without power for over 48 hrs. It’s winter time, all the food in the fridge is spoiled, and all I get from the office staff is “we’re working on it” and empty promises. Meanwhile half of the other side of the community is with power without a problem. The community itself is nice and clean but that’s as far as it gets to benefits of living here.
