Casa de Amigos Mobile Park distinguishes itself with several key features and highlights that contribute to its appeal as a desirable living environment in Sunnyvale.
Quiet Community: A recurring positive highlight from residents is the "nice quiet community." Despite its location in a bustling Silicon Valley city, the park manages to maintain a peaceful atmosphere, making it a serene retreat for its residents.
55+ Age-Restricted Community: Casa de Amigos is an age-restricted community, specifically for those 55 and older. This demographic focus contributes to the quiet environment and fosters a sense of camaraderie among residents with shared life experiences.
Spacious Manufactured Homes: Reviews indicate that the homes within the park are "larger than expected" and are considered "good to live in." This suggests that residents can enjoy comfortable and often spacious living quarters within the mobile home park setting. The community features 100% multisection homes, with 50% having peaked roofs and 50% with lap siding, contributing to an attractive aesthetic.
Well-Maintained Amenities: With two clubhouses, pools, and hot tubs, the park provides excellent facilities for recreation and social interaction. The fact that one pool and hot tub are open year-round ensures consistent access to these popular amenities.
Engaged Community Life: The regular monthly pancake breakfast and other organized activities demonstrate a commitment to fostering a vibrant social life within the community, helping residents build connections and enjoy their leisure time.
Strict Parking Enforcement: While some residents noted limited parking, the park's strict enforcement of parking rules, including towing from red zones and requiring passes for contractors, contributes to an orderly and safe environment within the park. This helps ensure pathways are clear and designated parking areas are respected.
Service Animal Accommodation (with Restrictions): It's important to note the park's policy regarding pets. While grass areas are available, dogs are generally not permitted in common grassy areas due to past issues with pet waste, with exceptions made only for service animals. Furthermore, there are typically restrictions on pets greater than 20 lbs. This policy aims to maintain cleanliness and quiet, though it is a significant consideration for potential residents with non-service animals.

Casa de Amigos Mobile Park Reviews
Nice quiet community, but limited parking and cars will be towed if in the red zone. Contractors need to register at the front office to get a street parking pass. There are two clubhouses, pools and hot tubs but only one pool and hot tub are open year-round. There is a monthly pancake breakfast the first Saturday of the month.
Sep 24, 2018 · Victoria Chambers KrollTwo pools, and a gym, the houses are larger than expected, mobile homes are good to live in. The thing is there is no assigned area for dogs, there is grass but dogs aren't permitted because some people weren't picking up after their pets, only service animals are allowed. This is bad news because i have a dog and live here, thankfully shes a service animal but other peoples dogs aren't permitted to go here.Still there are things that make up for it.
May 13, 2023 · Cosmic CometThe electricity just randomly got cut off right now! . I have been living here for years. The security guards at night at very rude. They make their vendors come in to do work with very minimal notice. Last couple of weeks we had our electricity cut off and the building owner put that their own vendor cut a wire accidentally. How is this our fault?!?! If you are thinking of buying or renting. Please reconsider. Update: water has been shut off the entire day. An email was sent with super short notice. UPDATE: they posted on my door with a less than 24 hour notice of entry to do work, I know it was less than 24 hours because I was home all day today. This is not okay, if you plan to work from home, or for some peace. Good luck. They do all these changes not for our benefit but for their own.
May 29, 2025 · Roberto MaganaPark management is horrible and is only doing the job for free space rent….
Mar 06, 2025 · Robert PattersonEdit 2:At this point, I have lived here for over 12 years. A little while back, the park changed over to new management. There was a lot of heat and disappointment initially, and there could still be, but from my perspective and view, I have had a great experience.1) There is a new payment system which is much easier to use other than writing checks out every month and walking over to the office to drop it off in the mail slot.2) They are doing electrical improvements with PG&E which will hopefully provide more options to the residents.3) They actually do have a functional gym now from my last review.4) And most importantly... I had a major plumbing issue on my brand new (2017) manufactured home which was caused by some plumbers that damaged my pipes in an attempt to clear a back up. Bernadette and her team not only stayed on top of my issue, they were able to have their own plumbers out in a timely manner to correct the mistakes caused by the previous plumbers and ensured that me, as the tenant, did not have to cover any expenses as it was an issue involving the land at which I do not own. Just the other day, her same plumbers came over unannounced to do some maintenance on the lines outside my house. Their care for their residents has been outstanding from my perspective and I see no reason to move in the near future.Edit 1:Ive lived here for 6 years. Solid set of rules to keep things in order, very well maintained park, great neighborhood. Sometimes it's tough to find parking and security guard can be hard to track down for access into game room. One star down because they keep promising us new facilities but never build them :(
