They keep giving a notice about guest parking and can't find it rules and regulations. Lease says if you have space for 3 cars you can have 3 cars. This is not a good start. The driveway is at my double wide, so God forbid someone doesn't go through my house. But they think it's ok for the guy next door to park at my house. You people at the park need to get it together. This is my driveway not a guest spot and not a guy next door spot.

Not safe for kids with the way residents drive. If you have a job, good luck getting a good night’s sleep with all the noise. The park hasn’t done anything about either issue. I wish I could add videos of the noise.

She went out if her way to help and was so friendly and very very professional to help get what i needed to get done.Irecommend her to others to come to park and help buy a home in they needed .I rate her and the faculty the best I ever experienced. Also very clean and park looked great! Alot of friendly people in office.. Suela is amazing a five star and she a hard worker and and thankyou for her helping me. Very nice park . Ive also just purchased my own home here in Carriage Way and i couldn't be happier! The entire management team here has been nothing but supportive and helpful. I will say, must recommend coming to take a look here!! And i also forgot to add in, Dawn is an absolute rockstar, so supportive and wanting to change things for the better. Must keep!!

It’s getting to a point where they’re doing stuff illegally I also heard they got tons of law suits pending towards them. Again don’t live here by the grace of god please don’t or even if you don’t believe in god please take my word and go look elsewhere they’re corrupt and very messed up. Please please please stay away from carriage way! Also there floods daily too. So you’ll be in a lake practically all the time it rains.
