When I moved in, it was a pretty good place to live. As we have cycled through managers, it seems to just get worse. This month, I got a lovely email telling me my rent is late when I paid it a week early. I immediately called the office, no answer, sent an email also no answer, so just to correct thier bs is a headache and to top it off my lease guarantees we can pay up to the 5th of the month without a late fee so there wouldnt be a reason to email yet anyway. If I could afford to move, I certainly would. If you desperately need a place, look anywhere else. It's unaffordable to rent. I just pay for the lot, and it only includes trash (a whopping 22 bucks) everything else is a separate bill. So your rent would be close to double my lot rent plus all of your other utilities, simply not worth it.

It is extremely unprofessional to constantly send reminders of the appointment and then end up not showing up or even responding. Nobody answered the phones, returned an email or anything. Nobody was in the main office or the site. What a waste of time and gas. I am pissed.Update: 10/15/2024They give a phone number to "discuss further" as a front to act professional but go ahead and try the number guys...nobody will ever answer.
Oct 15, 2024 · London JaiIt's a nice little off the beaten path community. The real reason for 3 stars is simple. I do Instacart on the side. I'm in your area quite often. Unfortunately not often enough to figure out why my GPS enters a Bermuda triangle so to speak once I enter the park. Normally wouldn't be an issue as I tend to have pretty good directional ability. I have yet to find a customer as easily as I normally would, again, I try and keep it humorous on here. Never one to disparage anyone. But a quick redo with Google maps wouldn't hurt the service industry. I can assist with that if you'd like. But it's nothing too difficult to figure out. It's a wonderful park with some awesome residents. They agree with me regarding the directions necessary to navigate, but also agree that it could always be worse 😉 my star rating will also shoot up 2 notches due to your pleasant reply.
