Carolina Tides, Family Friendly Manufactured Homes Community Reviews
You guys need to do better with your light system on people’s places their addresses so people can see when they’re delivering food or anything else cause that’s horrible
May 10, 2025 · Erica BellamyI don't know where these reviews are coming from but they must be on crack! Pool too tiny for 300 homes. Streets need repair. Have had people issues. Management is only part time along with grounds maintenance. A lot of people don't follow rules. Most homes well taken care of and others, well cant understand.
Sep 14, 2024 · sandy WilliamsCertainly not the community I was told it would be when I moved here. Lot rents go higher and higher with no noticeable improvements in the community. Owners are unreachable. Very chatty community. Disappointing and don't recommend anyone move in here unless you want everyone to know your business and don't mind poor management and communication.
Sep 17, 2024 · Sue NelsonI'm interested in living in this park. Was told there is a website showing listings. Can anyone tell me the website? It's not MH Village. Doesn't the park have it's own site?
Jun 04, 2024 · Janet SegneriUpdate 2024- $410 a month with NO improvements due to "inflation"$320 (2018) a month and goes up every year. Original $210. Service blow, limited landscape, no light replacement after 2 trop storms and 2 hurricanes; last one cost 30g in repairs - light broken for years with multiple reports. Great neighbors! Pool is tiny 4 200+ homes.
