Caribbean estates mobile home park Reviews
No star community they steal your home. It’s definitely defamation of character projected onto the residences, elder abuse, disabled abuse and Real estate companies are betrayed and lied too. Worst place to experience, don’t waste your investment.Management has no qualifications nor integrity.
May 20, 2025 · Linda YarickIf you’re looking for a nice double-wide or even a budget-friendly fixer-upper, you can go pretty much anywhere. But it takes more than that to make a home. We’ve been in Caribbean Estates for almost four years, and a better community of neighbors I have yet to encounter. We got hit pretty hard by Milton, a once in a hundred years monster of a hurricane, last week (no water damage, just wind; we’re far enough from the coast not to have to worry about storm surge), and you should see our streets. House after house with neighbors helping neighbors tear down, cut up, and transport debris, our manager out all day doing whatever he can to spruce up the park and find solutions for the residents, to include scrap removal, and our Clubhouse is even more active than before. No stress. No tears. Just conversation, easy laughter, and honest sweat. This is how communities used to be before we became all disconnected from each other. If you’re looking for good friends and a true sense of home, this is where you want to lay down your roots. Don’t worry, there are plenty of units that weren’t affected by the storm at all, and those that were will be quickly repaired. And stop by and say hello!
Oct 14, 2024 · Sylvia Greeney MorrisHave lived here for 19 years. If you follow the prospectus rules, maintain your home and pay your lot rent you will not have any problems living in the community. Lot rent is comparable, and in some cases lower, than other parks in the area. If I call the manager, he always answers and addresses my question/concern. I had minor issues with the owner many years ago, but my experience has been state your concerns and facts and if we couldn't agree, we agreed to disagree in a civilized manner.
Jun 16, 2024 · Susan TheilResidents are treated terribly and lot rent is ridiculously high for the lack of decent amenities many better parks in the area. Run away from this one! Owners should be very careful accusing someone of being a liar and cheater, defamation of character in their future.
Apr 19, 2024 · Janet MillerDon’t even want to give it one star. Management was very misleading. Said one thing but did another. I was going to purchase a mobile in here for my mom, I had talked to the manager about a couple think and it seemed like all was good. So as I was purchasing the house they denied my mom form living there. I really want to vent more because I can but just saying you really need to meet the management before moving in. You might not want to live here…Horrible…
