Despite being told the processing time for my application would be 2-3 business days, it took 2 weeks just to be denied. The reason given was low credit, which is false as they were willing to allow me to move the trailer before requesting I replace the siding and windows. I found another trailer that I wanted to purchase instead and submitted it for approval, but said my application was denied. It don't matter if you have a good renting history and income. No evictions no nothing. If they dont want you there they will denied you. I recommend applying on another park. while you wait for their response. You will be just waiting for denial.
