I work for Clayton Homes and one of My former client used to live there and she is the one who referred me to put homes there. Talked with park Manager Lydia few times on the phone and met her ones regarding to put a brand new home there for my client. She was professional and friendly with me and with my client.When we went to to check out the lot Lydia spared some time during her busy day to show us around the park and explained us about the rules and requirements to be park resident . Unfortunately my client couldn’t get fully approved for financing but I’m willing to work with her again in near future . Highly suggest this park . This park is gated community, well maintained and most importantly safe . Instead of believing in reviews go there in person check it out .

There are no RV's or places for hookups or any of that. No water hookup. No electricity hookup. No dump station. No tent sites. No RV parking. No public showers. No play area for kids. This is an actual Mobile Home Park!! Where you own the mobile home and pay rent for the space you're sitting on. However, there is an area where you can store your boat, mobile Home, or an extra vehicle. But I believe you have to pay for the storage or at least register with the office. So this is NOT a public recreational area. People live in their homes here.

Jan 28, 2025 · Kelly HarperLiving here has been the best decision for my family and I. The location is close to food and shopping centers. Also close to the freeway. The place is well maintained and they have a beautiful dog park where my dogs have room to run and meet other dogs. We have very quiet and friendly neighbors. It’s the perfect place if you’re a private person. Lydia and Salma are great. They are always quick to answer my questions and willing to work with me. I wished I knew about this place a long time ago. Must see place to live.

But unfortunately the manager of this park got very nasty when my realtor tried to get more information. I overheard the phone call and could tell by how difficult the woman was trying to make things and the rude “matter of fact” tone in her voice that this wasn’t the right decision. A real estate agent is a representative of the buyer (A REPRESENTATIVE OF ME) and for mine to be met with disrespect shows me that this community is one that will not treat me with the respect and decency.
