It's actually a really pretty park, very tropical landscaping, not one of those clear-cut parks with no trees or vegetation besides grass. The park manager is really nice and very helpful. Saw a review about it being drug riddled, but I believe the person was confusing this place with another. There is one with a bad reputation, but it's a different place. New owners are making lots of improvement in park and fixing up or replacing the older park models they own. I think most are privately owned, and kept nice. My rent includes electric, water, sewer, garbage and they do the mowing. Down side is, I feel the monthly lot rent is a bit high for a travel trailer, but it is only 4 blocks from the beach 🌴 and they should have bath facilities for people that don't want to use a tiny RV or travel trailer bathroom/shower 🚿 other than that I would give it 5 stars.
