★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1Used to live there for 9+ years, you never own it, even after its paid off, went to sell my trailer but the park stopped the sale and told me I couldnt sell it to anyone but them, they low balled me and ruined the next 2 years of my life taking most of what I thought I was getting for my trailer, fast forward, living in upstate ny with a giant farmhouse and an acre of land DO NOT BUY HERE AT CANYON RIDGE, we signed the papers to buy the home and it went from 400 to 800 in a matter of seconds, they lied to us about the price after we signed, THEN THE PARK CAME IN WITH 30 PAGE RULE BOOK, NEVER EVER BUY HERE

He is a very good asset to the community and when ever My and my family needs him he is always there. My family feels safe and comfortable with him running the place. People that are not supposed to be here he makes sure they go and not cause a disturbance to my family and the community. I never met a dedicated person like Earnie that keeps on top of the things and passionate about his job. With that being said I will be here for a while with my family. Thank you.

September 08 · Rey RayBeen here about 5 years. It's about time we got a good manager that is forcing people to clean up their yard and take care of their homes. Do get tired of hearing loud music and streets full of cars on the weekends and kids driving 4 wheelers through the park. Watch out cause if one gets hit it will probably end up being your fault even though it's in the rules it's not aloud here. Some people need to keep their dogs in their yard instead of letting them roam and poop in other yards and cleaning up after your dog goes poop cause it's not fair for us to smell it. If people would put their trash I bags we wouldn't have trash flying all over the park rolling out of trash cans and we have to clean it up in our yards. On another note Ernie is doing a good job on getting this park looking good and keeping it clean.

He does not want to settle things in a proper manner. I have lived here for almost 12 yrs. Not had a problem with any of the management before. Now he is telling me I have to remove a shed that was given permission to be put on the property by the same manager that was here when I moved in. I am now having to install cameras to keep a watch on him when he enters without 48 hr notice. It's a shame what this nice place to live has become.
