The park's location is often cited as a significant advantage, being "close to multiple places to eat" and having "grocery stores within 10 minutes." The features and highlights of Camp 10625 R.V. Park paint a nuanced picture, offering both compelling advantages and important considerations for potential residents. Here are some key points based on public feedback:
- Excellent Location: Many praise the park's convenient location for work and proximity to amenities like restaurants and grocery stores. Its direct access to Jacksboro Highway is a major plus for mobility.

- Quiet Environment (for some): Some reviews indicate a "laid back and quiet" environment, despite being near a highway.
- No Children Policy: A significant feature, as explicitly stated by a reviewer and seemingly confirmed by a park representative, is that children are generally "not allowed" to stay at the park, even for occasional visits. This makes it an adult-focused community. This policy is a crucial factor for families to consider.
- Concerns about Management Demeanor: There are reports of rudeness from staff members, particularly concerning the child policy. This suggests that while some staff members are helpful (like Jerry), interactions with others might be less pleasant.
- Perceived "Red Flags": The combination of the strict child policy and reported rudeness has led some potential guests to identify "red flags" regarding the park's overall management and atmosphere.
- Flatlands and Scattered Trees: The natural setting of the park includes flatlands and scattered trees, offering a somewhat open yet natural environment.
- Proximity to Fort Worth Attractions: Being close to Lake Weatherford, the Fort Worth Nature Center & Refuge, and major Fort Worth points of interest (like downtown) is a definite highlight for leisure.

Camp 10625 R.V. Park Reviews
I was just inquiring about an RV spot and was told that I couldn't bring my 9-year-old child there when I get him for my weekends and every other Wednesday visits. I told him that I wouldn't bring him very often or at all as I'm in a pinch to get into some more quick but he has zero tolerance I assume because he wouldn't stop about how I couldn't bring him there there was nothing for kids to do there. Before you rent a spot from this guy just keep in mind that kids are not allowed and he was definitely rude like everyone is saying....red flags👨👩👦🙅🚫😒 😑Responding to owner of RV park: It is accurate and I do not have any large dogs
Jul 31, 2023 · Rebel IngramExcellent place to work out of. Good location, close to multiple places to eat. Grocery stores within 10 minutes. Great customer service. Had an issue with the water valve and JERRY had it taken care of right away. Look forward to staying with them next job I have in the area.
Aug 07, 2020 · Jerry BurdenThe place is so cute. But our wagon so close to the freeway that the noise pollution kept ne awake the majority of the night.
May 18, 2024 · Lorena OrtizOgazSmall quiet Park with level spots and plenty of space to walk any pets you may have. Great location with easy freeway access in close proximity to Lake Worth and Azle. The owner keeps the property well manicured, and is always easy to reach if you have any needs or questions. As far as the comment below regarding his being a little "douchey", if you consider a landlord that has a zero tolerance policy for drugs, theft, and/or violence "douchey" then he is the definition by far. I give 3.5 Stars only because there are no amenities whatsoever, or it would be a solid four stars.
Nov 06, 2019 · Jenifer RoundtreeOwner is a little douchey. Price is more than average. No amenities. Unlevel lots. But Very quiet neighbors. Overall would not stay here again if given the choice.
