Quality WAS VERY good, at Sunflower, but it has deteriorated over the last few years, and noticably this year. The residents enjoyment areas have deminished..too bad. Another rent hike for 1013/2014,has been levied, we cant find out why we have to shell out another $139.67 per unit, there are 1000+ units here so thats a chunk of change that is unaccounted for. If we knew we might accept it. Many are unhappy and concidering an alternate winter spot..sad it was super fun.
