Caincrest Mobile Home Park Reviews
We've lived here for over 10 years. Not impressed. Are you elderly, disabled, or wanting your $475 a month lot fee to cover plowing of the roads? Go elsewhere. I had to call a tow truck to pull me out last winter. Unnecessary. We mainly stay because our neighbors are great. Management on the other hand...
Nov 29, 2021 · Sarah LynnMy parents have lived in Caincrest for many years. Their sewer backed up into the trailer and bath tub. The trailer park manager’s own recommended company did a temporary fix last year and said it was due to roots in the part of the lines that belong to the park. the park management chose not to fix the problem. When my parents called to ask for repair because it has happened again the owner said sewage in their bath tub wasn’t his problem, he raised his voice and then hung up on my 84 yo mother. They live in fear of the management of the park because of their toxic behavior. Elderly Peoples Lives Matter.
