Byrd Mobile Home Park Reviews
This place is the worse place I have ever lived.. We had lived at the trailer park almost 2 years. And the landlord wouldn’t fix a thing… black mold every where he had his guy just to spray it with white spray paint.. Only 3 burners worked.. the oven would work when it wanted to.. There was carpet in the master bathroom and we had to tear it up because of the black mold. He wouldn’t do it. When it would rain the water would come in the windows and the outlets.
Jul 04, 2022 · Jennifer WootenIt is a very bad place to live here. The owner is very rude and careless. I have lived there for 3 years. Despite how much they want to fix for rent, they take two months to fix anything. The trailers are horrible so sad, but the good news is you can find somewhere to move to.
