This place is a dumping spot for animals and if you have animals don’t come here they are making people remove their entire fence after they just told us to cut it down to 4ft. You can’t even have a basketball goal in your yard ridiculous rules. And now you will get fined if caught parking on grass. Please don’t be fooled by this place most of the residents that have been here since the 80 and 90s have moved out because of how ridiculous it has gotten with the rules. It’s not a safe place. While dealing with my father's passing, Destinie has help me from day one by letting me know what needs to be done in a timely manner. This is a far cry from what I'm used to dealing with from other rental managements. I have already told people about the Bull Creek and how nice everything is.
