Brooks RV Park - Long and Short Term! Call us! Introduce
For Kentuckians navigating the dynamic landscape of RV travel, whether for a brief getaway or an extended stay, Brooks RV Park stands out as a versatile and welcoming option. Located just south of Louisville, this park caters to both transient visitors and those seeking a longer-term home base for their recreational vehicle. With a focus on providing a secure, well-maintained, and peaceful environment, Brooks RV Park aims to offer a comfortable and convenient experience for all its guests. The park understands the diverse needs of RVers, from those passing through to full-time adventurers and workers in the Louisville area.
Brooks RV Park is strategically situated at 205 Sarver Ln #14, Brooks, KY 40109, USA. This location offers a highly advantageous balance: it's far enough from the direct freeway noise to provide a quiet atmosphere, yet incredibly close to major transportation arteries. The park is just 1.8 miles from I-65, a vital interstate that connects directly to downtown Louisville, which is approximately a 15-20 minute drive away. This proximity makes it an ideal spot for those working in or frequently visiting the city, as evidenced by one resident's smooth commute from downtown Louisville. Additionally, the park is only about 8 miles from the Louisville International Airport, making it convenient for those who may have flights or receive visitors. While there is a nearby train track that can be heard a few times a day, residents often report that they "get used to it," and the benefit of no freeway noise is a significant plus. The setting itself is described as a "safe, country setting surrounded by large trees and on a dead-end road," contributing to its serene ambiance.
Brooks RV Park prides itself on offering a comprehensive suite of services designed to make both long and short-term stays as comfortable and hassle-free as possible.

★ 5★ 4★ 3★ 2★ 1This was the closest place to downtown Lousiville that I could reserve a 3 month stay on short notice. I left the downtown YMCA at 4:45 after work and got back to my camper around 6. Only been there 3 nights so far, but it's quiet. I don't think I've seen another person but the campground is nearly full.
March 05 · Sean YAnnie, the assistant manager, was so sweet. She met us at the site number in the pouring rain to help us get parked correctly and 2 days later we ran out of coffee and she was so kind as to give us some from her supply.
February 08 · Dale BosleyThis is my second stay at Brooks. Great location just off the 65 about 18 minutes from the airport, 30 minutes from Louisville, and about 10 minutes north of Sheperdsville. Quality folks here and manager Annie is the BEST! Laundry facilities on sight. No community bathroom or shower so if you’re looking for that this is not your place. There is some train noise and airport noise but the location can’t be beat. Will definitely be staying again since it fits all my needs.CLEAN and safe and just nice folks!
October 14 · Rachelle CrewsAnnie was so welcoming, met us as we pulled in. We had a pull through site that was very easy access. We stayed 3 nights, close to many fun activities such as Churchill Downs and Louisville Slugger Factory. I read the negative reviews due to trains and planes. Honestly they were no bother. We would definitely stay at Brooks again. Thank you Annie 🎉
November 07 · Mary AultWe had a great time. The campground I thought was will maintained. Annie was a great help. I actually didn't see our spot the first time, so Annie came out and told us where to go. We have two dogs and were very careful to prevent them from barking. The people we talked to was very friendly and nice. Noise was acceptable . The asphalt plants were not a problem. I am an aircraft mechanic, so airplane noise is not too much of a problem. Not busy train tracks, so no problem. One item that I did not like was we seem to be parked at the lowest part of the campground we got flooded a few times with all the rain. Will stay again if in that area Really easy to get to I 65 to go to Louisville
