I have lived here for 28 years. The parked changed ownership a few years ago. owners and management only care about making money. They do nothing to make the place better. They ignore any requests for problems. The also do not give out any kind of notice to changes in charges of any kind. Resulting in you paying for thing that you don't know about. So be prepared to pay late charges or fees without you knowing for a few months. This place has really gone downhill. If you drive through you will see garbage all over the roads suck. The new trailers are only a few years old and they look like they have been here for years rundown. Like I said it's run by greedy people. Sundance properties is one of the worst places to rent from.
