Boulder Meadows Sales Office Introduce
The Boulder Meadows Mobile Home Park stands out in the City of Boulder, Colorado, as a significant community dedicated to providing accessible, market-rate homeownership. Situated in the desirable North Boulder area, this community offers a vital and increasingly rare option for Colorado residents who wish to own their home and enjoy the Boulder lifestyle without the staggering cost of traditional real estate.
For those living in the Front Range, manufactured housing communities like Boulder Meadows represent the most attainable form of homeownership. Residents purchase their manufactured home and then pay a monthly lot rent for the land. While lot rents in Boulder are subject to market forces and rising costs, the total housing expense often remains substantially lower than the median rent for an apartment or the mortgage payment for a condo in the city. This financial structure allows many families, retirees, and local workers to remain rooted in the community they serve.
Boulder Meadows is one of five long-established manufactured housing communities in the city, providing shelter for around 1,300 homes. The City of Boulder has formally recognized the importance of these communities and has adopted a strategy to preserve this affordable housing option through supportive actions and programs. These efforts recognize that for many residents, their manufactured home is their single largest asset and key to remaining in the area.
It is important for prospective residents to conduct thorough due diligence, as the experience in any large community can vary. While the physical amenities are appealing and the location is excellent, some long-term resident feedback indicates that park management can be inconsistent, leading to frustrations. However, for a user prioritizing affordability and a range of on-site amenities that rival those of much higher-priced traditional neighborhoods, Boulder Meadows offers a clear value proposition.

Boulder Meadows Sales Office Reviews
I lived in Boulder Meadows 1998-2019. It was beautiful when I moved in. It was very difficult to find a home to purchase there. When the manager changed the park changed. It turned into an absolute ghetto by the time I moved out. I regret not buying in Denver instead of there. Hopefully ICE will clean house.
February 14 · W A GallagherMike at Boulder Meadows is the worst. I would never rent from here and would caution you to do the same.
July 22 · Max TanI have lived here for 5 years. I used to live in Martin Acres in Boulder. I can say that I appreciate this area and neighborhood better. It has all of the access one would need within 1 mile. Groceries, restaurants, Auto Mechanic, Boulder open space, and the list goes on. Access to HWY 36 and the Diagonal are minutes away. Its around 35min to RMNP. There is less noise and light pollution on this side of Boulder as wellNeighbors are quiet and friendly. Mostly its service workers and retired folks in the community. Many improvements have been made since I moved in here. Repaved drive ways, added sidewalks, rec and community and fitness rooms are available to park residents. Management is reasonable and helpful. The park has its rules, they are not unreasonable but, study them up before moving here.
June 26 · David BauttsAfter a year I'll say that the residents are the worst part. Management is fine and handles rentals well, but there's only so much to do about people blasting mariachi from their trucks. Drive careful because people slip between cars a lot here. The pool is a great feature in summer months!
October 24 · CoryThere are currently people driving VERY LOUD bikes up and down the streets of the trailer park. Kids have been screaming. No one in the park management does anything about these things and residents are beyond fed up. I would NOT recommend this place for anyone who wants a livable environment.
