Many residents appreciate the serene evenings and the stunning views that are part of daily life here.
However, it is crucial for prospective residents to consider all available feedback and conduct thorough due diligence. While some residents praise the strong sense of community and the well-maintained grounds, others have expressed significant concerns regarding various aspects of living at Boardwalk Estates. These concerns include reports of persistent pest issues, particularly cockroaches and rats, which residents attribute to a lack of proper pest control in the sewers. There are also mentions of strict rules, including limitations on window AC units, and issues with overflowing trash, theft, and vehicle vandalism. Additionally, there are complaints about "pet rent" despite homeownership and a perception that management prioritizes aesthetics over livability. Some residents have also highlighted issues with a lack of responsiveness from management regarding reported problems. Therefore, while the beautiful views and quiet evenings are appealing, it is essential for anyone considering Boardwalk Estates to investigate these concerns directly and ensure the living conditions and management practices align with their expectations.

Boardwalk Estates Reviews
First and foremost this complex has a severe cockroach problem stemming from the owners unwilling to pay for pest control in the sewers. so if you love roaches and rats, want to live in a trailer park where you have more rules than a gold canyon HOA and CONSTANT overflowing trash, theft and vehicle vandalism then this is the perfect place for you, you own your home but still pay pet rent, they desire aesthetics over livability (like no window ac units) come on down to boardwalk estates and talk to them about owning a pos today!

Sep 25, 2023 · Heather PearceI moved here 3 years ago from California. Purchased and paid cash for my home. They are strict on property being kept up, yards clean and no weeds. Limit on number of pets allowed per household. No parking on streets for more than 2 hours at a time. Very quiet and clean neighborhood.
Aug 07, 2016 · Diane MalatestaIts quiet, nice neighbors. Parking is very limited. Maintenance guy is very friendly asks knows his stuff. It's worth a look to see. The view around is nice. Trails to walk across the street. Its darker and can see the stars art night. I like living there.
May 20, 2017 · Shaun TempletonLove the neiborhood. Any time we have had maintenance issues frank has been right over to work on it! Front office is friendly and fair with the community rules. They are strict on keeping property clean and that had lead to a very nice looking area:) My family and I have been living here for over a year and we are very happy!
