Bluebonnet Estates Introduce
For many Texans seeking a stable and affordable place to call home, mobile home parks, also known as manufactured home communities, offer a compelling alternative to traditional housing. These communities often provide a unique blend of cost-effectiveness, flexibility, and a distinct sense of neighborhood spirit. In the vibrant city of Temple, Texas, Bluebonnet Estates stands as an established option for individuals and families looking to embrace this lifestyle.
Bluebonnet Estates aims to provide a comfortable and welcoming environment, offering residents a chance to own their homes while leasing the land. This model makes homeownership more accessible and often more affordable than purchasing a traditional site-built house. The community is designed to foster a sense of belonging, where residents can enjoy shared spaces and a family-friendly atmosphere. As one resident noted, "Children friendly, there’s a park and pool! I would definitely recommend this place for a family to move into!" This highlights the community's appeal for those with families, emphasizing recreational amenities that enhance daily life.
The experience of living in a mobile home park can vary, and it's clear from reviews that the quality of management plays a pivotal role. While one long-term resident highlighted challenges with the parent company, they also acknowledged that "The most recent property manager, Miss Reese, has been good to work with, and has tried to correct long term problems." Another, newer resident enthusiastically stated, "We moved in almost 3 weeks ago, and so far it’s great, Jennifer is so sweet and helpful, the area is clean and well maintained, neighbors aren’t noisy & haven’t had any issues with them." These contrasting but ultimately positive comments about on-site management suggest a dedication to improving and maintaining the community for its residents.
Modern manufactured homes are built to stringent federal standards, offering comfortable and energy-efficient living spaces that can be customized to individual preferences. Bluebonnet Estates, an older community built in 1972 with 174 units, provides an opportunity for residents to find a home that fits their needs within a structured community setting.

Bluebonnet Estates Reviews
I have lived here since 2014. The most recent property manager. Miss Reese, has been good to work with, and has tried to correct long term problems. But this doesn't correct long term issues with Parkland ventures the parent company. We have been trying to get our mobile home. Which is paid for and we own. Repaired since the tornadoes last year. I couldn't get a contractor with almost a year of family members trying. Just purchased 1000.00 in siding. To install myself. Had it delivered last week. Just recieved a notice of eviction today july first, giving my family 60 days to move everything off thier property. Apparently the actual property lease expired last february. They have been collecting payments every month. But couldn't communicate that our property lease was expired for 4 months afterwards. These people won't communicate. Beware if you want to live here. I can produce pics and emails for everything I post here.
Jul 02, 2025 · Jeremy MartinWe moved in almost 3 weeks ago, and so far it’s great, Jennifer is so sweet and helpful, the area is clean and well maintained, neighbors aren’t noisy & haven’t had any issues with them, Children friendly, there’s a park and pool! I would definitely recommend this place for a family to move into!
May 29, 2025 · Emily RidgeI have lived here for 4 years and I have some good and bad things to say.The first several years here were horrible!! The management didn’t care about taking care of issues and I was at the point of losing my mind trying to get issues taken care of. Recently we have had a change in management with a lady named Barbera. Since she came to this community it has been full 180. She is on top of issues and is a kind and fair property manager that actually cares about the tenants and the community. Since she has been here we have had zero issues that were not addressed immediately. This is. Trialer community but it is maintained well. The neighbors are all polite, quiet and respectful. There are tons of kids in the neighborhood for families. Few things they are picky about, keep your grass cut, maintain curb appeal like no broken blinds in windows, clear yard with no trash or piles of junk. Which helps maintain the community with some standards and makes it look nice. The only thing I hate about this place is the towing enforcement goes overboard. There is a tow company that circles this place like a vulture. Day and night looking for any reason to tow a car. We are able to adopt lots that do not have trailers on it to use for the extra parking. They give you a sign to put in the yard for this parking. The sign breaks and blows over constantly and the second it falls over the tow truck swings in and takes your car. So families that have more than 2 cars it makes it hard to have parking without getting towed. Cars are not allowed to park on street.Other than that it’s been a great place to live thanks to Barbera and her dedication to the community! Thanks again for making this a good place to live again.!!
May 29, 2022 · Sky WeezeeEverything has improved greatly. The only complaint is that they can be a little crowded. My parents have lived here for several years now and now even own their own trailer. I’m not sure if they’re doing a pay to own now.
