Went to stay a couple of nights at in-laws and it's clean , quiet and a comfortable gated park. Rental prices seem fair for today's economy. I believe they are from $550 to $750 per space ( not sure prices are exactly that, just what I was told by others.) I really enjoyed my visits there. My son and I are thinking about renting a space there soon. Clean pool and nice neighbors. No drama. 😀

Well apparently that's is only a speech because my neighbor has weeds all over her yard about knee high. Disgusting.
Sep 18, 2021 · Donna MidlerI have been a resident here for two and half years and I must say If I had done a bit more research I probably would not have bought a home in this park.In my experience the management here is completely uncooperative and combative with the residents. When I moved in I was told the amenities, pool & spa, community room w/exercise equipment, the pool room, bathroom and laundry facilities were open 7 days a week from 8AM to 8PM. I found that to be untrue from the start. The following are a few of the excuses I have been given over the last two years why the amenities listed in the online profile of Blue Sky Estates are not unlocked; The pandemic, the homeless, the ceiling tiles are falling, the residents stealing the shower curtains and toilet paper from the bathroom and my favorite, when it rains I don't want to get hit by lightning! All of these were reasons told to me by management over the last two years why the amenities are locked. I tried again last week, I penned a letter to management asking, begging if she was not able to do her job then issue us a key and we can unlock and lock the rooms when in use and the answer was crickets, no response.Another issue is an extremely large number of feral cats that preside at the park which leads to an enormous amount of animal waste in the public areas, planters and the cloths lines area provided outside the laundry room. As tenants we are responsible to keep our lot clean and free of weeds and waste but to my knowledge there is no porter or gardener here on the premises to keep the common areas and vacant lots free of weeds and waste.Please believe me it gives me no pleasure to write such a negative review, I have no other place to voice my frustration, my requests to management have the have been completely ignored. We are only asking for what is supposed to be provided to us at the park.On positive note the park is very well located to shopping, it is very very quiet, the few neighbors I have met are all very pleasant and lastly being a gated community you do have a good sense of security. The lot rent is very reasonable but I do feel it reflects the level of service they provide.There are a number of empty lots available for immediate occupancy and usually there are a few units for sale.I leave it to you to do your own investigation if you are interested in renting here, this is only ones mans experiences take it or leave it, the ball is in your court.
