I visited my sister before l moved here to the Seneca Hotel 34 Sixth Street San Francisco California 94103 and I thought her home was beautiful and very pretty with so many nice people everywhere that I could feel The Holy Spirit everywhere in her home and told her that as well. ❤️❤️❤️

The actual manager parks on the STREET, wherever she pleases... totally unfair 😒😒😒. However, there are certain residents that can park there. Not only that, it has become a routine to deliver the rent too close to the first of the month and sometimes even after the 1st. Not to mention, I have found my rent delivered on top of my car. It's not possible to rate the management a 0, so I'll give it a one.

She had her heart set on getting the roads re-paved in blue and gold mobile estates resented, and found Sean @ American Asphalt to assist her with that project. Sean's business is family owned, he is an easy going guy that backs his product and service. Great turn around time and has very reasonable pricing.Snug Harbor/ Blue & Gold star mobile home park are lucky to have such kind, genuine, and caring administrative staff behind them. I'm glad to be able to call Careen a friend as well.
