Black Dairy Rd Reviews
Within the past couple of months, management has changed and this place has made a complete turn around for the better! They have given this location a complete facelift. They've redone all the front and back porches, roofs, side paneling, fences, mulched the perimeter of the homes, and pressure washed the homes. Management is a breath of fresh air to deal with now. They actually make you feel like they care and they follow through with maintenance requests in a timely manner. For a while, things were very rocky and it was not pleasant to be a tenant here. This location is very low key and quiet. I've lived here for almost 2 years now. I can only see things getting better. Thank you Denise for all of your extra efforts as well!
