Bixby Knolls Mobile Home Park Reviews
If you're visiting a friend there and plan on staying overnight, you might consider parking your vehicle off the property or risk having it towed. It seems management is very particular about who can stay overnight.Edit. Seems things have changed again, and I haven't had this problem lately.
Jul 30, 2023 · Josh RubioThis is the worse disrespectful management I have ever encountered! Not only is she rude and disrespectful but she asks way to deep personal information (I.e. what my assets are worth, what I spend my money on) which is NONE of her business! The tone of professionalism by this woman Lynn, was by far a zero! If anyone knows the OWNERS NAME of this place I would like to know it!
Jun 30, 2021 · KRISY JOHNSONOur previous Managers were awesome. Kayla McDonald & Cam Mayen who recently have taken over management of the property are terrible. I would not recommend staying here until the Owners realize they don’t belong here. They don’t care about this place and it shows.
Jul 09, 2022 · Tamara BThis manager is a lunatic, she had yelled at my mother for no reasson at all. My mother has been trying to get ahold of this lady for the past week so she can put in for a trailer that she wanted to buy, when my mother finally meets her by accident when she pulled up when my mother was at her residence witch she is trying to sell her self , told my mother to leave her alone not to keep bothering her that she knows who she is all kinds of nonsense I feel sorry for the people who are trying to sell their trailer here because with that kind of management I don't think their going to sell anytime soon. I'm glad my mother didn't put in, no one deserves to get treated the way she treated her I don't recommend anyone buying or renting here . Plus her questions on her application are ridiculous. 👎👎👎👎👎
Jan 27, 2022 · Leobardo CarrilloHorrible! Manager is rude. Judgemental. And her park is filthy. Can't find parking. Only 3 spaces in "visiter parking". That's for applicants... But no where to park for people with no driveway. Manager says park in back, the screams she's calling police!!? Visiters park in front. !?
